Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Store Location on CloseDeal
Why do you need to create a store location?
Even though you have created your account, your business may have a different address than your store or may have several stores. You may want to use a different phone number and email address for each store.
Step 1: Navigate to Store Location Settings
Log in to your CloseDeal merchant account.
Go to the “Store Locations” section in the dashboard or from the Menu Store Locations.
Step 2: Add Store Location
Click on the “Add Store Location” button to start creating a new location.
Step 3: Fill Out Store Details
Address: Enter the physical address of your store. If your store is located at the legal address, you can use that.
No storefront? No problem. If your business serves customers at their location rather than a fixed address read our guide on How to setup your service area business on CloseDeal.
Street Address
City
State/Province
ZIP/Postal Code

Store Name: Provide a name for your store. This could be the same as your business name or a specific name for this location.
Phone Number: Enter a contact phone number for the store.
Email Address: Provide an email address that customers can use to contact the store.
Step 4: Add Photos
Front Photos: Upload high-quality photos of the store’s exterior, showcasing its front entrance and signage. The first photo will display a top and large.
Interior Photos: Upload photos of the inside of the store, highlighting key areas such as product displays, checkout counters, and any unique features.
Step 5: Set Store Hours
Regular Hours: Set the standard operating hours for each day of the week. You can add up to two time windows per day if your store has split hours.
Special Days/Holidays: Add any special hours for holidays or specific dates when your store might have different operating hours.
Step 6: Preview and Save
Preview: Review all the information and images you have provided to ensure everything is accurate and visually appealing.
Save: Click on the “Save” button to finalize the creation of your store location.
You can review and change your store location as many times as needed.
