How to Delete Offers

To maintain accurate tracking of transactions and ensure that you don’t lose valuable data, offers cannot be deleted from CloseDeal. However, you can manage which offers are visible to your audience. Here’s how:

Managing Offers

Set Offers to “Offline”:

Instead of deleting an offer, you can mark it as “Offline.” This option is available in the last step of editing the offer, in the preview. Setting an offer to “Offline” will hide it from your audience while preserving the transaction history and details associated with it.
