User roles are designed so tasks can be delegated with specific access permissions.
Merchant User is the user who created the account and of course is the one with all the permissions.
Director: has the same permissions as the Merchant user, for all Regions and Store Locations but can’t change the Merchant profile.
All roles below the hierarchy of Director are subject to be limited to access only the information for the Region(s) and Store Location(s) for which they were assigned. Wallet view, Transfers view and Send transfers can be allowed or denied.
Manager: permissions can be assigned to certain Regions and Store Locations. The Manager can create and edit users for the regions and stores that s/he was assigned.
Advertiser: Can manage and place offers online.
Designer: Can create and edit offers but cannot publish.
Agent: Can close deals.
