How to Create Offers on CloseDeal

Creating compelling offers can help attract more customers and increase sales. Follow these steps to set up your offers:

Steps to Create an Offer.

  1. Tap on “My Offers”:
Open the CloseDeal app and navigate to the “My Offers” section.
  2. You can start by cloning an existing offer or go to 3.
  3. Tap on “Create New Offer”:
Start a new offer by selecting “Create New Offer.”
  4. Upload Offer Images:
Ensure you upload high-quality images that showcase your products or services effectively. Good visuals can significantly impact customer interest.
  5. Enter Offer Data:
    • Offer Title: Use popular keywords that customers are likely to search for to make your products and services easier to find.
    • Offer Category: Select the appropriate Category for the product or service. This will help the search.
    • Offer Description: Write an enticing description that highlights the details and benefits of your product or service.
    • Offer Price: Specify the discounted price. Keep in mind that since consumers will receive cashback, the discount doesn’t need to be very high unless desired.
    • Regular Price: Enter the regular price of the product or service.
  6. Available Quantity:
Enter the quantity available for this deal. Setting a quantity of 10 or less can trigger the ‘Almost Over’ indicator, encouraging faster purchases. When the quantity reaches zero, the offer will automatically go offline. You can increase the quantity at any time to make the offer available again.
  7. Offer Timer:
Set the time the consumer has to close the deal before it expires. By default is 48 hours.
  8. Taxable:
Check this box if the offer is subject to sales tax.
  9. Select Regions/Stores:
Select the regions and store locations where this offer is available. You must select at least one store location for the offer to be visible.
  10. Tap “Next Step”:
Proceed to the next part of the offer setup.
  11. Set Offer Hours:
Select the hours when the offer will be available. Consider using this feature to boost foot traffic or reservations during typically slow times. You are free to honor or not an offer that a customer wants to take out of the active hours.
  12. Special Days:
Optionally, schedule the offer as a holiday special or for other special days ahead of time.
  13. Save as draft or Publish:
Choose to either save the offer as a draft or publish it immediately. Chek the status sign to make sure is online.

By following these steps, you can create effective offers that attract customers and enhance your sales performance on CloseDeal.
