Step-by-Step Guide to Becoming a Merchant on CloseDeal

Step 1: Create an Account

Visit the CloseDeal website or download the CloseDeal app from your apps market.

Sign up using one of the following options:

Facebook: Click on the “Sign up with Facebook” button and log in with your Facebook credentials.

Google: Click on the “Sign up with Google” button and log in with your Google account.

Apple ID: Click on the “Sign up with Apple” button and log in with your Apple ID.

Email: You can also choose to sign up using a username and creating a password.  This is the preferred option to safeguard your privacy since CloseDeal won’t have to access your credentials on other platforms.

Step 2: Enter Promotional Code (if applicable)

If you have a promotional code, enter it in the designated field during the sign-up process. This could offer you special discounts or benefits as a new merchant.

Step 3: Select Categories

Choose the categories that best represent the products or services your business offers. This helps CloseDeal tailor the platform to better suit your business needs and attract the right customers.

Step 4: Fill Out the Information Form

Complete the merchant information form with the following details:

Step 5: Confirmation

Review all the information you have provided to ensure it is accurate.

You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account successfully.

You will be redirected to Merchant Tutorials. Take 15 minutes to watch the video tutorials and learn how to use all the sections.
