How much will CloseDeal take from my sale?

When a deal is completed, CloseDeal distributes a small percentage of the sale to power the platform and its rewards system.

Depending on the category, between 4% and 25% of the sale is distributed across:

• Customer cashback (DealCoins)
• Bonus coupons that bring customers back
• Referral rewards that generate word of mouth
• The CloseDeal platform fee (up to 14%)

Since part of this percentage is returned to customers as rewards, merchants do not need to offer large discounts for their offers to be attractive. This means merchants can maintain healthier margins while still attracting customers.
